Crossroads Music Sessions highlights talent, city sites
Visit Las Cruces’ Crossroads Music Sessions continues its series with a winter performance from featured artist Coop MB.
This marks the second performance in the series, which first featured the winner of the 2023 "A Love Song for Las Cruces" song contest, Tassos Bareiss. Aaron Johnson, who performs under the name Coop MB, was born in El Paso, Texas but has lived in Las Cruces for the last eight years. His music touches on the more soulful, R&B side of the Las Cruces music scene. He currently serves as the Director of Youth Services as White Sands Missile Range.
The music sessions, in collaboration with NMCO Creative Studios, is meant to showcase New Mexico and regional talent, as well as highlight some of the beautiful places throughout city. Artist performances are scheduled throughout the spring and summer months for 2024.
Coop MB’s Crossroads Music Sessions will premiere Monday, Jan. 15 on Visit Las Cruces’ social media: YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
